Our Return Policy & Guarantee

We insist that you are fully satisfied with the quality of your product purchases.  If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, simply return the product in new condition, with all the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or credit (less shipping & handling fees).  We will refund shipping and handling fees if the return is because of a damaged product or the result of our error.  We cannot accept returns more than 30 days after delivery. Shipping/Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground. Delivery is normally in 3-10 business days from the date of shipment.  We offer "Rush" shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air or Three Day Select for an additional fee.  Some items may be on backorder.  In rare cases, when we expect shipping will be delayed more than 10 days, we will contact you immediately.  At your discretion, we will offer you the option of continuing to wait for any backordered products or to change your order.  We will e-mail you a confirmation of your order, including UPS Tracking information, if applicable.

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in California.
